These terms apply to any person or entity that engages with our educational services, including, but not limited to, learners, instructors, or staff.
Services
We will make reasonable efforts to provide quality education and support. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or achievements from participation in our classes or workshops.

Transactions
Transactions are between you and the Art Verve Academy. Payments can be made using any of the following forms of payment.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard online via an encrypted service.

Google Pay
If you select "Google Pay," you will be able to submit a payment using your account.
Checks or cash
We accept paper checks or cash in person; however, this option is exclusively available to returning or regular students.

Gift Certificates
If using a prepaid gift card, please select the "other arrangements" option during your enrollment. We will contact you for the amount and send you an invoice with the remainder if needed.
Loyalty Rewards Program
If using the loyalty reward program, please select the "other arrangements" option during your enrollment. We will contact you for the amount and send you an invoice with the remainder if needed.
If you've taken five classes with us within a one year period, you are elliagable to receive the next class free!

Note that you must keep track of your own enrollments to receive the Loyalty Rewards free class discount. Ask for a punch card to help you track your progress.

Proof of Payment or Receipt
Your electronic receipt is your proof of payment. Once a transaction is complete, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you provided on the form. Please whitelist us or add "info@artverve.org" to your contacts list.
You will be turned away without proof of payment, if an event is full or at total capacity and you arrive on the first session.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify our Terms and Conditions anytime.
When changes are made, they will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

Conditions
To enroll in any course, you must complete the online form and provide accurate information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information.
Enrollment
This refers to paying for a class or workshop, guaranteeing your seat is reserved. Once the transaction is complete, you are enrolled.
First-come, first-served
We accept enrollments on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment opens when we release the form via our website or advertise it in our monthly newsletter.
Should I Enroll Early?
Enrolling early is strongly encouraged, as some events fill quickly, and others may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
Late Joiners?
After the first session, late joiners must have the instructor's permission in writing before attending any educational event the Art Verve Academy offers.
Repeats?
You are welcome to repeat any class, workshop, or event as often as you like, based on your interests or to build your skills.

No Refunds
If you wish to withdraw for any reason, you forfeit the entire tuition after the first session begins, with no exceptions.
No Partial Refunds or Prorates
No partial refund will be issued for no-shows, missed sessions for any reason, or absences due to illness, with no exceptions.
Full Refund
A full refund will be provided if the request is made in writing using the "Contact Us" form 3 days or 72 hours before the first session begins.
Disclaimer
The Art Verve Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide quality education and support. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or achievements due to participation in our programs.
Liability
Our liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from our services will be limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service. We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during participation in any program, class, or event hosted by the academy unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

Missed Sessions
If you must miss a session, please coordinate with your instructor to receive any handouts or notes. If you have not paid the full tuition, we are NOT obligated to provide handouts, information, or lecture presentations for the session that was missed.
No Partial Refunds or Prorates
No partial refund will be issued for no-shows, missed sessions for any reason, or absences due to illness, with no exceptions.
We do not prorate anyone for unexpected or missed sessions.
Makeup Sessions
The instructor is not obligated and is under no obligation to provide makeup sessions for missed absences or no-shows.

Waitlist
If all seats are reserved for an event, you are welcome to join our waitlist. No fee or deposit is required.
Click here to access the form. We will only notify you if a seat becomes available.
Openings are given on a first-come, first-served basis per the order each signed up on the waitlist.

Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any class or workshop if an unexpected event occurs. We will issue a full refund to all enrolled. Unexpected events include the following types.
Insufficient Enrollment
Includes insufficient enrollment.
Natural disasters
Include wildfires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, pandemics, or events outside our control.

Substitutions or Modifications
If an emergency occurs, we reserve the right to substitute another instructor, modify time slots, or change locations.
We will notify everyone as soon as possible if there are any changes or deviations from the advertised instructor, time, and location.
