Overview
This Tucson historic landmark building is within 500 feet of the Children's Museum, Arizona Theater Company, St. Augustine Cathedral, Armory Park, and the Temple of Music and Art.

In 1928, it begins with the Brings family, they founded a funderal home by Alvin, Ella Bring, and their son, Howard. The building was constructed in 1928 and added a significant addition in 1942. The family held its final service on December 1, 2014, and then sold the property soon after.
In 2015, the building was redeveloped and now sits on three parcels with a total lot size of 22,003 square feet managed by Peach Properties. A proud contributor to the rejuvenation of Tucson's downtown area by pursuing new construction and redevelopment projects in prime and up-and-coming urban locations.
They want to grow and support downtown Tucson's startups, small businesses, remote workers, and freelancers. It is within walking distance of the modern streetcar, restaurants, government buildings, and other downtown amenities.

There is no charge for metered parking after 5:00pm and on weekends or holidays.

The studio entrance is inside the Bring's building. There are two options to find us in the complex.

1. Look for our sign on the sidewalk that marks this entrance and walk into the large doorway.

Enter the Brings building courtyard. Continue to the Barbar shop, turn left, and enter the building. Look for the Art Verve sign in front of the B. Marie's Atelier and Gallery entrance.

Inside the Studio/Classroom
Anyone taking a class with us at this location is entitled to a complimentary bottle of water, tea, or coffee. Please note that the floor inside the studio is slightly slanted due to its historic nature.

Standing easels, table easels, and drawing boards are available.
Furniture
Tables (2x4 ft. or smaller) and chairs are available. Taborets are also available for painters.
Consumable Materials
Anyone taking our classes at this location can experiment with some consumable materials, such as charcoal, graphite, paint, etc.

Entrance
Please enter through the breezeway; the courtyard is unpaved. The temporary parking space in front of the breezeway also serves as a drop-off or unloading zone.

This entrance is step-free and connects to a wide doorway. The door to the studio is not automatic, so please knock, and someone will answer.

A temporary parking space is in front of the breezeway for drop-off or loading zone. There are also numerous designated parking spaces throughout the Downtown area, on-street, and in lots and garages.
There are parking meters at on-street accessible spaces that require payment during business hours. A disabled placard must be displayed in the vehicle.
Bathroom & Access
There is an accessible bathroom downstairs, with an accessible ramp connecting to the breezeway outside the studio. The instructor will unlock the door at the top of the ramp for you.

In the Brings historic building, Bryanna Marie, an artist from Tuscon passionate about teaching, opened B.Marie's Atelier & Gallery in 2022.
Bryanna Marie is an artist who paints miniatures. In 2014, she painted a small 3x3 canvas for charity, and the allure of miniatures captivated her. She crafts detailed landscapes and portraits on coin-sized canvases while emphasizing traditional styles and painting swiftly.

Bry's work captures the profound wonder of a single moment or within the minute. She's eager to impart her knowledge and journey to adult students to empower and teach them the art of observation in classic drawing and painting. She has been featured on ABC News and "Ripley's Believe It or Not!" and proudly exhibits her art nationally and abroad.
